Group Event Information & Prices
at Sleepy Hollow
Please find below rental possibilities for Sleepy Hollow.
We have hosted many groups of all different sizes. One common
comment from every type of group we host is how beautiful and
peaceful it is at our inn. Please don't hesitate to contact us
for more information, or to make a reservation. Groups can rent
either our new Round Barn Event Center, or an area within Sleepy
Hollow Inn. The prices and information below are for retreats
and business meetings, the wedding package prices are found on
the wedding page.
Small Groups/ Meetings Inn Rental Description
Available for groups size 2-40 people
Rental includes:
- Fireplace room - seats up to 20 (see picture below), has
2 large couches, and three armchairs. The fireplace room is great
for socializing, has closeable doors, and can be configured with
conference tables for business meetings.
- Dining Area - one dining room comfortably seats up to
20, the other up to 10. The larger dining rooms features a woodstove,
a large dining table, and picture window with nice views. The
smaller dining room features an antique (nonworking) Glenwood
woodstove and a large window with nice views. Coffee and Tea
available (see price list for more details)
- Chairs and Tables can be arranged to your specifications
- TV, VCR, DVD, Easel, Markers available for use.
- 3 bathrooms

Terms of Use
- Available for smaller business meetings, gatherings and
retreats.
- 9% Rooms and Meals Tax applicable to all room rentals
- Unlimited Coffee & Tea available for $1 per person
(i.e. a group of 24 would pay $24 extra dollars for this service).

- 53' diameter, 17 sided structure, 20' tall vaulted ceiling
- 8' wide second floor interior balcony
- Seating for up to 165 people

Event Information & Prices
at Sleepy Hollow
Deposit Information:
To confirm the reservation, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required.
Event Set-up:
All event set-up is the responsibility of the group. All garbage
as a result of any caterers must be removed by the caterers or
group leader. All garbage in the Inn and Barn must be picked
up and tables and chairs cleaned.
No Smoking and No Pets:
No smoking within 100' ft. of the Inn, Round Barn, or Wedding
Tent. Due to allergy concerns, please leave Fido or Tiger at
home.
We Do Not Serve Alcohol:
We do not have a liquor license. You need to either hire a caterer
or bartender with a liquor license or your guests can bring their
own alcohol. We recommend a bartender for larger groups.
Catering:
Larger groups must hire their own catering company. Sleepy Hollow
can do catering for groups under 50 people and must be the caterer
for groups only using the Inn. Let us take care of the cooking
and cleanup as you enjoy your meeting or event. All of our food
is prepared fresh, with attention to detail and quality. Please call (802) 434-2283 for more information
about our catering, as well as a price quote. As a general rule
of thumb, dinners cost between $27-$32 per person, and there
is a 15% gratuity added for all groups. Menu items may be substituted.
