7 x 4’ Rounds (they seat 6 and fit in the balcony)
1 x 3.5’ Round table for cake or presents

Chairs:
190 Wooden folding chairs
100 white plastic wedding chairs
Heaters/Sidewalls:
3 Propane Heaters are available to rent for $250 (cannot be used if pavilion is totally closed in)
Sidewalls are available for rent for $125 for pavilion and $50 extra for catering area.
Garbage/Recycling:
Two garbage cans for inside (30 gallon)
Two large garbage containers (60 gallon)
At least three blue recycling bins (you can mix plastic bottles, paper, cardboard etc…)
*When these are filled then someone needs to take the remaining garbage/recycling.
*We will take your beer bottles back for redemption if you separate them.
*We also encourage composting. Please empty compost into bin behind the Inn. No compostable plates/silverware please.

50 Dinner Plates (white)
50 Smaller Salad/Dessert Plates (white with blue around edge)
50 Knives, 50 Forks, 50 Spoons
35 Mugs (white with blue around edge)

2 Conventional Gas Ovens with Stovetop burners (4 per stove).

3 Sinks, plus mop sink in the restroom
One Large Cooler for refrigeration in Kitchen
Coffee maker
Catering Prep Area (behind Pavilion):
2 x 12ft. long counter tops for prep.
One large Cooler for refrigeration.
One large Refrigerator with upper freezer
*Small sound system that can play indoors and outside. You can plug in an mp3 player or play the radio. We also have a microphone. We highly recommend testing your music format prior to your special event!
