Maple Syrup

Entering our second year of sugaring, Sleepy Hollow (Kasie and Eli, Runnin' Saps Mapleworks) started making maple syrup for use in our inn.  We tapped 270 trees in our first year, producing 37 gallons of the sweet stuff.  For 2010 we've increased our taps to 350.  Inn guests should sleep well knowing that when you wake up at Sleepy Hollow, your pancakes will be served with our fine Sleepy Hollow maple syrup.  Our syrup is for sale at the inn or by mail order in a variety of quantities.  All syrup for sale below is for 2010 syrup, and will be available for shipping around the middle of March.  We are currently in the application process for organic certification, and if all goes well we hope to be able to label our syrup organic in late spring.
