The holder of this pass, as a condition of being permitted to use the facilities of Sleepy Hollow Inn: Ski & Bike Center, agrees to assume all risk of personal injury or loss or damage to property. The purchaser(s) or user(s) (holder[s]) of this pass agree(s) and understand(s) that skiing, biking, snowshoeing, sledding, ice skating and hiking etc... can be hazardous. Trail conditions vary constantly because of weather changes and skier and biker use. Ice, mud, variations in terrain, bumps, forest growth, rocks, debris, utility poles and other hazards, including but not limited to other skiers, bikers, and hikers may exist throughout the area. Night skiing brings added risk, by signing below the user ackknowedges this risk. Be aware that snowmaking, snow grooming, trail maintenance, or other work may be in progress at any time. Always ski and bike in control and stay clear of this equipment. The holder(s) also understands and agrees that cross country skiing and mountain biking are strenuous physical activities, and acknowledges and agrees that he or she is in suitable, good physical condition and is fully able to participate in these activities. The holder of this pass acknowledges that there is no daily sweep of trails after closure. Management retains the right to revoke this pass at any time for reckless or improper skiing or biking or for other misconduct or nuisance caused by holder. NO REFUNDS, NOT FOR RESALE, NON-TRANSFERABLE.
