Price includes two nights at the Inn and Round

Group Reservation Policies:
We are very excited to have your wedding at Sleepy Hollow
Inn. Our goal is to make sure your visit here is fun, comfortable,
and memorable. Please contact us with any questions regarding
your stay. Below is a list of helpful information that every
group should know about before visiting.
Wedding and Group Reservations:
- To confirm the reservation, a non-refundable $500 deposit
is required for all wedding reservations. We can reserve Sleepy
Hollow Inn, Round Barn Event Center, & Wedding Tent for 7
days as a courtesy hold.
- We require 50% of the total bill due six months prior to
event. This deposit is non-refundable.
Wedding Set-Up, Etc....
All wedding and event set-up is the responsibility of the wedding
party. All garbage as a result of any caterers must be removed
by the caterers. Round Barn Event Center and Pavilion are available
for decoration/set-up 24 hours before event. All garbage must
be picked up, and tables and chairs cleaned before check-out
at the end of the wedding.
No Pets and No Smoking
Due to allergy concerns, please leave Tiger or Fido at home and
No Smoking within 100' of the Inn, Round Barn Event Center, or
Wedding Tent.
We Do Not Serve Alcohol
We do not have a liquor license. You need to either hire a caterer
or bartender with a Vermont State liquor license. You may not
provide alcohol to your guests.
Music: The band/DJ must be finished by 11pm and must
be in the barn.
Catering:
Most wedding groups hire their own catering company for the reception.
We have a great list of caterers on our vendor page Local
Wedding Vendors. We are no longer catering rehearsal dinners.
If you would like to have your own rehearsal BBQ in the barn
on Friday night it is an extra $200. If you would like to use
the dining room in the Inn for your rehearsal dinner it is an
extra $200 charge. If you want to use the dining room and kitchen
in the Inn it is $400. Dishes, flatware, tablescloths, tables
and chairs are included. You must do all the clean-up and the
event must end by 10pm (in the Inn). We take care of the garbage
and recycling.
Green Weddings:
We highly encourage recycling, composting and reusable decorations
for all weddings at Sleepy Hollow. In addition, this season we
will donate $150 per wedding to off-set the carbon emissions
from your event. The money will be donated to a fund that invests
in renewable energy resources. Details can be found at www.carbonfund.org.
Winter Wedding Dates: 30% off wedding package rates in
Dec. Jan, Feb and March dates, plus free ski/snowshoe passes
for all your guests. Call for details.
