WAIVER: The holder of this ticket or pass, as a condition of being permitted to use the facilities of Sleepy Hollow Ski & Bike Center, agrees to assume all risk of personal injury or loss/damage to property. The purchaser or user of this pass understands that skiing, snowshoeing, and mountain biking can be hazardous. Trail conditions vary constantly because of weather changes and skier/biker use. Ice, mud, bumps, forest growth, snowmaking, variations in terrain, grooming equipment, rocks, debris, utility poles, and other hazards, including other skiers and bikers, may exist. Snowmaking, grooming, mowing, maintenance, or other work may be in progress at any time. Always ski and bike in control and stay clear of this equipment. Management retains the right to revoke this ticket for reckless or improper skiing/biking or other misconduct or nuisance caused by holder. No refunds, not for resale, non-transferable.
